He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Pune University, and has further pursued PGDM from XLRI School of Business and Human Resources, Jamshedpur. In his role at Nova, he oversees technical aspects, and operations, demonstrating quick wit and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Mr. Prathik also fosters strong connections with the Nova staff, students, and parents, creating a positive and collaborative environment. He also serves as the CEO and Director of a software company Velociter Solutions, which works in niche technologies.
Mr. Rahul Nibe

Mr. Rahul Nibe is an engineer and the visionary behind Nova International School. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Pune University.
At Nova International School, Pune, he oversees construction, infrastructure, and administration, utilizing his impeccable planning skills and strong work ethic. With his good people management skills, Mr. Rahul keeps the administrative team and staff motivated and driven to tackle challenges at the grassroots level on the Nova campus.
