SOPA (School of Performing Arts)
Our partnership with the School of Performing Arts (SOPA) brings a dynamic Speech and Drama program to students from Junior KG through Grade 8. Rooted in the NEP 2020 and the Cambridge Oracy Framework, SOPA’s program transforms young learners into confident communicators through engaging weekly sessions that foster creativity, emotional intelligence, and language mastery.
With 30 carefully designed lessons each year, students progress from shy speakers to poised performers, ready to express themselves in any setting. SOPA’s curriculum aligns with modern educational standards and offers structured activities tailored to different age groups, creating a transformative experience for all students.
Key Benefits of SOPA’s Program at Nova:

- Critical Thinking Development: Through interactive, drama-based exercises, students strengthen their problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Boosted Creativity and Social Skills: Group activities promote creativity, empathy, and collaboration, preparing students for success both in and outside the classroom.
